2. Nature of Services

We provide business oversight, consulting, and operational signal monitoring services. We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, or medical advice.

Any insights, recommendations, or analyses provided are for informational and business decision-support purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to provide clear insight, oversight, and recommendations, we do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Results depend on client implementation, market conditions, and internal factors beyond our control.

4. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

+ Use this website for unlawful purposes

+ Attempt to gain unauthorized access

+ Disrupt or interfere with site functionality

We may restrict access to protect the integrity of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, text, frameworks, and visual models on this website are the property of Keystone Intel Services LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Intel Services LLC is not liable for:

+ Indirect or consequential losses

+ Business interruption

+ Loss of data or profits

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the previous 3 months for the applicable service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms occurs.

7A. Subscription, Billing and Cancellation

The Front Door subscription. The Front Door is a month-to-month subscription. The price is shown at checkout before you pay (currently $300 per month, in US dollars). There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. If taxes apply to your purchase, they will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Billing. Your card is charged when you sign up and again every month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Keystone Intel Services LLC does not store your full card number.

Setup. Billing starts when you sign up. Setup begins after your purchase and includes collecting your business details and a one-time text-message registration that US carriers review. We do not control the carriers' timing, so the day your service goes live depends on that approval. Setup time is part of your first month.

Canceling. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Canceling stops future charges. Your service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds. Charges are not refundable, including for a partial or unused month, except where the law requires otherwise.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry it up to three times, three days apart, and we may email you an invoice. If every retry fails, your subscription will be canceled.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keystone Intel Services LLC operates, and applicable EU consumer protections where relevant.
